1) How many days required to produce the synthetic leather?How about the ready stock standard articles ? How many days required to prepare shipping or documentation?

It takes 3 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the seasonal market. At certain months such as July, August and September would be a very busiest month. And therefore buyers should planning carefully in placing order in order to have the right delivery time.
If there is stock in our warehouse. we can sent them right away to you in one week (please call for confirmation)

2) What kind of process do we have?
Our process is casting type which requires Release Paper to make the texture of the synthetic leather coating

3)Is it different from Calendaring process?
Yes it is different. Our handfeel will create a softer quality than those of the calendaring process

4)What kind of payment method do we accept?
L/C at Sight, T/T payment 30% in advance 70% before shipment, D/P terms all in US dollar based

5)Do you sell the synthetic leather by meter or kilograms ? And how many meters there for each roll? Is there any custom length? eg 40 or 35 meter
We sell it by meter. We have 50 meter each roll. Yes we can do custom length

6)I have my own design. Can you accept my design?
Yes, you can sent the design to our address and email it to me at export@simnu.com for confirmation. We will then send you the sample along with the price

7)How much is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) ?

1. for article thickness 0.55-0.70 the MOQ is 2000 meter/color/design
2. for article thickness 0.75-1.00 the MOQ is 1500 meter/color/design
3. for article thickness 1.05-1.30 the MOQ is 500 meter/color/design
