What is the most important thing about synthetic leather ? In this issue we are going to talk about the most important elements in synthetic leather ingredients.

So If we are talking about PVC synthetic leather, we should discuss about these elements:

1. The name of articles (off course)
2. The thickness in millimeters. More thickness equals to more chemical coating and therefore affected the price of the synthetic leather
3. The Coating. Is this a single coating or double coating? The more coating the more durability it is and more expensive.
4. The Backing Cloth.This is the cloth underneath the coating. Can be single knit, double knit, or polylotto or any kind of fabrics. This elements define the tear strength of the PVC synthetic leather
5. Tone Color.One tone or two tone. The two tone is usually called printing
6. Emboss. The kind of texture of the surface coating
7. Surface. You want the glossy one or the matte one? or semi matte
8. The PVC application.Is it for Car cover sheet, or sofa, or ladies bags, shoes,etc
